I'm going to gym daily basis from last 3 month but my mass is not gaining kindly suggest me what should I take for build the mass.PLease tell.

For building muscle mass: 1. Practice strength exercises 2. Include enough protein in diet- whole egg, fatty fish, chicken, curd, milk, lassi, chenna, paneer, milkshake, soyabean, sprouts, cereal pulse combinations (premix, khichdi, atta-besan roti) 3. Have Wheatflakes/muesli + milk 45 mins before gym & banana (1-2) post gym.
