My height is 6 ft and weight is 65 kg. I have surfed internet to know ideal height - weight chart with numerous variation in results. My questions are - 1. Can you please tell me ideal weight according to my height. 2. I know I am underweight so, can you tell me suitable diet . Note - I am staying on rent (with cooking facility).

You should look for a weight of around 70-75 kg for your height and this is just an estimation. A suitable diet for weight gain should include lot of good protein, good fats, and other dense nutrition foods. Keep away from the mass building supplements in the market which are loaded with unhealthy inorganic substances and flavorings. Regular exercise (weights) are good muscle builders.
