Hi lybrate-user. There are lot of protein powders available in the market. I personally prefer the healthy organic options, for example nutrilite all plant protein is a very good option. Start with 1 scoop with water or milk after workout and in 2 weeks graduate to 2 scoops (1 scoop after workout and 1 scoop in the afternoon). To be fit take small n frequent healthy meal (5-6 meal a day). Stay away from preserved food, ready to eat foods, deep fried food, sugar n sweet items n do exercise for at least 30 min a day.
