Yes they can have as a part of balanced diet. Apple has lower glycemic load and is preferable in comparison to a guava. One medium sized apple/day or small sized guava should be fine to have. They have other nutrients and fiber which are very beneficial for the health. Make a fruit a part of your overall diet plan.
