Hi lybrate user, first of all I would like to tell you that do'nt do any single exercise. Always try to do different types of exercise, cardio, push-up, crunches, streching & involved in out door activity like sports etc. Acoording to your height you are underweight so take high calorie high protein diet. Take small & frequent meal. It will increase your appetite. Take more & more protein in the form of milk & milk products like milk, curd, paneer, butter milk, dal, sprouts & if you are non veg eater take egg, fish, chicken. Try to include all the food groups in your daily meal.
