Hi I am 24 years old I am feeling tired constantly fatigue, some times I face semen leek during pee. And lack of focus, sleep, numbness in feelings sensations numbness in skin and numbness in penis feeling low energy .low erections .no sensation in touching penis .i have taken some medicines before like shilajeet, ashwagandha, shatawar, swetmushli and accidentally taken anabolic steroid powder once due to that I faced increase in erects too muc sexual feelings too much and sexual sensations too much brian hyperactivity physical strength too much and too much anger frustration and hypertension all this happened before I get in this situation of tiredness and constant fatigue and numbness I am feeling now .and also after vaccination I have failed low muscle mass and low immunity and breathing problems.
