Hello doc. I wanted to join bodybuilding .and im going to add supplements to my daily diet .so please suggest me how I can get cutting and lean muscles in my body and what supplements should I use ! Moreover if any medication required please suggest me. :)

Hi welcome - the best way to be fit & body muscles are high calorie enriched with high quality all types proteins. Also you can add two times 2 scoops whay protein supplement like kabipro or ensure with lukewram milk or water. Take help of gym instructor about systemetic work out. Diet follow up & timely follow all are very impoartnt then only gradaually can see improvement.
