One week ago I daily walk for 3 km but after one week I run for 1 km my weight is 120 kg due to run I got pain legs shin splints both legs one week I have a pain but I can walk and pain little bit pain goes high in night. I don't understand what to do can it go its own. I'm worried.

Dont worry haris, there will be pa8ns for atleast a week or 10 days as you are over weight, it is causing you more trouble after walk, do stretching before starting running. Do walk for a week, then jogging fir 10 days then you can start running slowly, this wont be painfull. Take good calcium and vitamins supplements, with walking and running try to do other strerching and strengthening exercises to keep yourself fit. If you pain persists for more than 10 days, you can consult online.
