I am 30 years old n my weight is 43 kg whr as my frd told increase in weight. I am doing exercise. Is it the wright way tell me.

You take high calorie n high protein diet. Don't skip breakfast. With breakfast you drink 1 glass of milk n 2 anjeer n 2 almonds. Take 4-5 meals in a day in frequent intervals. Take 10 _12 glass of water. I should do excercise.
