Dear lybrateuser, -You should avoid snacking when you go out, eat a healthy snack like a fruit, yogurt, salad before you go out so that you avoid snacking outside, also avoid buying it -eat plenty of healthy foods, fruits, salads or sprouts, yogurt, beans or dry fruits as snacks as these are healthy -chew sugar free mint gum when you get a craving for junk food -drink plenty of water to keep full -also strengthen your willpower to avoid craving.
