Hi I was diagnosed with uti. Now, before that, I had noticed a couple of times there was smegma build up in my penis which I washed away. However, I have a fairly right foreskin which I think is the reason for the smegma build up leading to uti. I am 35 years old but have no issues with urinating or sex even with the foreskin on. When I try to pull back I can see a little portion of the gland it's a bit whitish now I guess due to infection only. Can anyone help me with any home remedy to get rid of the right foreskin? Any creams that work? Or gels? I really don't want to go for circumcision. Me and my wife are family planning and have had one miscarriage.
