I am getting cold and throat problem in the next soon day after eating iced curd or buttermilk or anything from fridge and I am falling ill soon. What is the reason behind it? How to avoid this ? I am an vegetarian.

Kindly take mahalakshami vilasa rasa (gold), of dhutpapeshwara pharma, 1 tabs twice a day after meals. Suck the tab for best results. Take chitraka haritaki avaleha, 1 tsf , twice a day, 1 hr after meals. Take elakanadi kshayam, 3 tsf, twice a day before meals in warm water. Stop curd, cold eatables, cold water in your diet.
