Its better to avoid packaged/ carbonated/ sugary beverages as these contain lots of sugar which dehydrates your body & gives empty calories, additives which are harmful & contain no nutrient. Fresh fruit juice, coconut water, sugarcane juice, lassi, buttermilk, milkshake are better drink options. Water is no doubt the best drink!
