I'm not happy with my sex life I fel i'm having problems with my penis. 1. Firstly, I feel my top head part of penis is not getting hard ,i feel it soft even after erection. 2. I'm having premature ejaculation, where my sperms ejaculation is taking place is less than 1 minute and i'm unable to have sex for long time 3. Mainly my ultimate problem is I observed that i'm loosing muscle if i'm ejaculating my sperms. It's been observed for more than 1 year. If I ejaculate sperms I am unable to gain muscle. 4.my penis is not straight as I can see it has become a little cross shaped .(like a shape of a banana when erected) ki dly please suggest the needful. I'm really afraid with my problems. I lost confidence in my life as these problems cannot be shared with anyone. I'm getting depressed by these symptoms.
