Hello in order to gain weight you need to do regular exercise along with healthy food options. Start your day with peanut butter sandwich. Take banana shake as mid meal. Main meal can be paneer curry with parantha. Take whey protein powder after workout. Don't skip breakfast. Sleep for 7-9 hours per night. Drink plenty of water. Avoid junk food thank you.
