I am vegetarian person. I have hormones problem. From past 10 years I am gaining weight. If I loss 5 kg after sometime I gain double weight. I need to loose weight quickly 5 kg per week. Please tell me solutions. I am very much worried because of my weight.

Hi, you should go for 45 minutes brisk walk in the morning and evening. Do regular exercise atleast 15-20 minutes daily. Take lukewarm water with lemon in the morning. Take salad before meals. Include more fruits and vegetables in your diet. Drink more water in a day. Avoid junk food and oily food. You take 5 meals in a day in frequent intervals and don't skip breakfast.
