The frenulum is a sensitive band of tissue located on the underside of the penis, connecting the glans (head) to the foreskin. It is normal for the frenulum to be sensitive to touch, as it contains a high concentration of nerve endings. The sudden ejaculation you experience when touching your frenulum may be due to a heightened sensitivity or stimulation of the area. When the frenulum is stimulated, it can trigger a reflex response known as the frenulum orgasm or the "frenular response. This response can lead to a quick and intense ejaculation. It's important to note that everyone's level of sensitivity and sexual response varies. Some individuals may find the frenulum to be particularly sensitive, while others may not experience the same level of stimulation.
