I have a query .I feel weakness in my knees & some times I also feel a very little pain. I want to know the reason of it. Is it because of deficiency of calcium ?

lack of lower limb/body activities may result in weakness or your knees may not be stable because of weakness of supporting muscles. do walking or jogging regularly, do situps, stablize your body by standing om one leg. these exercises may help you. all the best!

1) do massage with warm sesame oil or suitable oil for 15 min. Afterwards take hot fomentation for 10 min. 2) start natural calcium supplement. 3) do regular stretching exercise 4) in yoga do bhujangasan, halasan & suryanamaskar.
