I am 20 years old. And in past one year I have gained a lot of weight. My BMI also is coming out to be 25.5 and its overweight. From past one month I have been controlling my diet still whenever I weigh myself it comes out to be more than before. I eat two chapatis in morning at 12 pm or sometimes 1 pm. With whatever is made. And 2 chapatis at night. Please help me what should I do.
