I have a disc bulge at l4/l5 level. I have issue with my right leg. It is paining with inflammation. Can it will be cured by medicine and physiotherapy or I have to go for surgery. Is surgery compulsory?

Disc bulge can be very well treated by a physiotherapist. Precautions like avoiding forward bending, sitting on soft surface like sofa, low height sitting should be avoided. Mostly back extension exercises will help as guided by the physiotherapist.
