Can only one side of my vagina burn and sting after peeing in a uti? I don't have urge to urinate frequently or pain in abdomen.

I need more information on that. In uti the pain should actually not feel inside the vagina and the pain of uti is burning in nature. As other symptoms of uti are also absent it's probably not because of it. I need more history about your condition. You just have to answer some questions after which only a diagnosis could be ascertained. Feel free to book a consult online.
