My doctor told me am having epididymitis and am on treatment. But I have signs of testicular torsion like nausea and vomiting, size of my left testis has increased and painful and now is the third day still no change. Today as the third day the testis (left one) has increased in size and tenderness and it is hard but it has not changed its color.
