I am 26 years old female, suffering from muscle weakness on upper body and legs. Whole body checkup, cpk and ana profile everything is normal no abnormality found. But having no strength. Can you please suggest the solution.

First of all increase your exposure to direct sunlight with body parts exposed. Drink only warm water. If vegetarian, consume more dairy products otherwise if non vegetarian consume oily fish. Avoid eating dry fruits as they are antinutrients which deplete calcium reserves. Have banana, oranges and black grapes. Make sleep a priority. Get atleast 8 hours of sleep. Reduce consumption of raw foods such as salads. Exercise or walk in nature daily. You will see drastic change in life.
