My son is 5 years old. please tell me good diet plan for his proper health, weight and height. Also tell me any method for his good sleep becoz he hasn't sleep till 12 at night?

Daily intake of 2-3 glass of full fat milk is recommended. Apart from this, give him one ripe banana as soon as he gets up in morning. Soak 4-5 badam (almonds) at night and give him to eat with breakfast. Include mango, chickoo and papaya in his daily diet. When kneading dough, mix a tsp of soyabean powder in it and then make roti/chapati for him give him dosa, idli, parathas everything in breakfast. Include eggs in diet at least once a day make milk shakes with fruits he likes if he is not too keen on taking plain milk. Give him spinach (palak) at least once a weak. Include paneer and butter i'm daily diet. Make him run/jog daily 20-30 min as per his capacity. If making a fried item, fry in pure ghee and not oil. Don't make him sleep in day. Make him play for 1 hour at least daily, only then he will sleep on time. Avoid t. V, video games etc after 7 pm.
