I feel severe pain during periods, I am a 17 years old girl. I have a past history of subacute thyroiditis, and abnormal menstrual problem of intermittent menorrhagia, and amenorrhea. Can I take any medicine during menstruation? It's unbearable pain. My lower body part just, paining all day. And sometime nerves are tightened, I can't able to move my hand properly.

In the meantime, take good nutritious food, take vitamin b supplements for 1 month. Make a moderate exercsise schedule in normal days. Take adequate rest at night and also during mensturation time.
