Hi, I'm diagnosed with early signs of hypothyroidism. I'm 20 years old and weigh 48 kg (I gained 3 kg that I'm not able to shed off). I'm really scared of getting fat. Do every one that have hypothyroidism gain a lot of weight? Is there a way to prevent weight gain?
