I am a male 42 years and for the past year or so my erection is not proper and lose my erection may be in 5 mins and sometimes I do get so it's intermittent. I run for 30 mins 3 days a week and my weight is around 76 kg. I sleep 5-6 hours daily. Please suggest how can I solve this issue.
