I am 74. Having g muscle pain in both legs thighs, knees ; calfs& left ankle. What to apply to reduce pain ?

Try putting hot packs to the painful area for 15 mins then do stretching exs for calf hamstring snd quadriceps muscles and then put ice for 15 mins also find the root cause pf pain. Sometimes its referred from the back. Physiotherapy can help. Good luck.
