What kind of meals and drinks should I have when am on a 2 month diet or more please give me a complete solution Bcoz from December 2014 am gaining weight continuously and its very irritating It was 58 kgs then and 80 now Please give complete solution and procedure!

Hi, you should go for 45 minutes brisk walk in the morning. Do regular exercise atleast 20 minutes. Take lukewarm water with lemon in the morning. Avoid heavy dinner and late night meals. Have adequate, timely, good night sleep. Avoid junk food and oily food. Take small and frequent meals.
