Wrist got turned severely and now having swelling and acute pain. No bone impact but looks like muscle rupture. Applying ice pack and taking pain killer tablets from last 24 hrs. Please suggest what else can be done for quick recovery.

Try to e as much rest as possible to part which is painful. Keep your hand held up in front of you as much as possible. If you hold your arm down and by your side swelling and pain may increase. If pain and swelling does not disappear consult bone specialist or a physiotherapist for proper diagnosis and treatment.
