Sir, am a 42 years old healthy man, without any ailment or lifestyle diseases, but suffering from acute p. E, since long which resulted in my spouse leaving me. I have tried enough medicines (allopathy), but the result will be again back to square, once I stop the medicines. Please help me, for god's sake. Thanks

Premature ejaculation is very common and is usually not associated with any disease but may be due to anxiety. However it is sometimes associated with infection of male accessory glands, which is treatable. Most often it is a chronic problem with no permanent cure. You have to take medicines in between and period off medicine.
