Hye. Thankyou for the query. There is nothing like an anytime snack. The body needs the right foods at the right time in the right amount. So if it is a good habit to give milk or fruits to your child before or after play, does not mean you can just keep giving him fruits or milk throughout he day. Every time has a specific need. So, give your kid a good breakfast before school, pack some nuts for the energy to play or study, have a meal of cereal protein vegetables in lunch and dinner. Always plan a good snack or a milkshake or roti or kheer as snack to stay energized in the evenings and if dinner is early then maybe a glass of milk at bedtime. Never skip breakfast or replace it with just milk.
