Dear lybrateuser, -You can have a few pieces of biscuits a day as they are not healthy for the body as they contain lot of trans fats which have harmful effects on the heart in the long run as it contributes to the thickening & narrowing of the blood vessels of the body leading to decrease in blood supply to the organs -have healthy snacks such as sprouts, salads, sandwiches, yogurt, nuts such as almonds, walnuts, cashews, peanuts, can have fruits
