I am suffering from mouth cavity. And one lymph node is present in my gum for 6 to 7 month and my weight loose very fast in these days. Please suggest me? What I can do at first.

if the cavity is deep n pus discharge is there from the gums, you require to go for rct n cap. but if the furcation involvement is seen in the x-ray, go for extraction n replacement by implant or bridging. for immediate relief, start some antibiotics and painkillers.

Visit a dentist and go for the treatment. Either rct+crown or extraction. Medicines will not work in these type of cases. Moreover due to these cavities your not able to chew and have proper food I guess. Correcting these issues will relieve you from malnutrition and gastric problems.
