Well dear you need to do a lot. You can try the following: 1. Forget about potato rice sugar and bakery products. 2. No chinese and packed food. 3. Go on chappati two at a time with simple vegetable/daal, curd etc. 4. Do not drink cold water. Use water of earthen pot instaed of fridge. 5. You need to exercise a lot. A schedule of 2-4 hours of exercise schedule in combination of cardio weights and activity like cycling, swimming etc. Try to feel happy in whatever you are doing.
