Let me know some foods for breakfast and dinner that I could eat after exercise. Also tell me about water diet and fruits for night. I am doing regular exercise. Having good diet also. Left all junk food. Still my flabs not remove. What I can do. Pleas suggest me.

Please have salads and fruits more before lunch avoid oily spicy and fast food avoid outside food continue your regular exercise start doing regular yoga and pranayam have a habit of walking daily for 30 minutes to 40 minutes avoid maida containing items like biscuits etc.
