I am 30 years old from vizag, after delivery I am suffering from oily skin and my skin was totally changed with too dark skin, I am working women and I have 10 months old baby girl I am not caring on my skin, so please suggest how to improve and how to get my fairness skin. Please suggest which soaps and which creams I have to purchase these two things I have easily buy it, due to my financial position.

Hi lybrate-user drink more water some people are of the view that in winter there is no need to take more water. But, this is not right. The experts suggest you to drink more water to keep your skin in hydrated internally. Carry a bottle of water wherever you go. Drinking herbal tea also helps in keeping the skin hydrated. Take a healthy diet lycopene content from tomatoes, antioxidants from berries or omega 3 fats from fish can help you maintaining moisture in the skin and protects you from dryness. Use skin care products for women use a good moisturizer to keep your skin soft and moisturized condition. Take care of damaged parts of your skin like hands, nails, feet and lips in hydrated condition. For lips use a lip balm makes your lips soft and lissome. For better results, use a lip balm with spf. If your skin is oily, use a light moisturizing lotion. If the lip balm is not suited for you, use tea tree oil to heal the cracks in the lips. Bathe in warm water come winter and your attention should be on your skin and hair. Though the winter demands hot water to bathe, it is healthy to bathe in warm water. Ensure you use a moisturizing soap to keep your skin hydrated. Use a sunscreen lotion in the winter all wants their skin exposed under the sun. When you go for outdoors use a good sunscreen lotion of spf 15 or more and use it till the close of winter.
