-reduce calorie intake by 25%. -sugar and oil need to be a oiled mainly. -eat light dinner, and have it 3 hours before sleeping. -workout, do cardio for 30 minutes everyday. -do 30 minutes of stretching, abs and other exercises everyday. Take more protein and less carbs.
