Urgent answer needed. I was sexually active on 8th jan, I used condoms. After that I did not bleed. So I did upts, all were negative. On 1st feb I did beta hcg, it was less than 0.2. Tvs showed a cyst in right ovary. I had meprate from 1st to 5th feb after when I bled for 3-4 days. Again in march there was no bleeding. Doctors gave me yasmin. I had yasmin for 21 days. After 3 days of stopping the ocp, I got fleshy discharge. Upts were still negative and beta hcg was still 0.2. Doctors found nothing on tvs with 3 mm et. They told there is no chance of any viable pregnancy. Still I am tensed, I cannot get the thing out of my head, I am scared of getting pregnant. Is there any chance of pregnancy, specifically ectopic? I am having left shoulder and arm pain that also I am associating with pregnancy. How to get the fear out?

No chances of pregnancy.

There can't be ectopic pregnancy as the beta HCG values would have been raised then. It's best you continued the Yasmin for 3 months more to get regular periods as well as get protection.

Based on the information you provided, it seems highly unlikely that you are pregnant, especially since you have had multiple negative pregnancy tests and a low beta hcg level. The fleshy discharge you experienced could be due to hormonal changes caused by taking yasmin or could be related to the cyst in your ovary. The left shoulder and arm pain you mentioned is not typically associated with pregnancy, but could be related to other issues such as muscle strain or nerve compression. If you are still feeling anxious or concerned about the possibility of pregnancy, you may want to speak with your healthcare provider to discuss further testing or treatment options. Additionally, practicing stress-reducing techniques such as meditation or deep breathing may help alleviate your anxiety.
