My age is 23. My height 6 ft. Weight 76 kg. I am having numbness and tingling in whole body. Right half head pain and abdominal pain. Chest enlargement and too much belly fat. Excessive hair growth. Bone and muscle pain. High bp 150/100. My cortisol is 234ng/ml. Total testosterone is 2.21ng/ml. Where can be the problem in body?

Hello Lybrate user Acc to Ayurveda all these symptoms are because of vitiated vayu which in turn vitiate kapha dosha. Causes Irregular untimely food habits, over eating. Suppression of natural urges Excessive intake of spicy fermented dry foods. Obesity Awakening late night Over consumption of alcohol Tips to manage Avoiding causative factors is the first line of treatment. Excercise regularly Have light veg freshly prepared foods on time. Avoid Rajmah, Channa, Peas, Mushroom, Gobi, Pumpkin, Leafy vegetables, Capsicum, Paneer, Cheese, Curd, Non Veg, Maida related items (like Bread, bun, pizza, burger etc), Deep fried and spicy food, Sweets, Sugar, High carbohydrate fruits like apple, Sapota, Banana etc. Avoid rice intake in the morning and night importantly. Avoid intake of refrigerated food preparations prepared previous day. Intake of food should be on time without skipping even a single meal. Maintain min two hours of gap between dinner intake and sleep. Consume min eight glasses of water in a day. Should be early to bed and early to raise. Late night sleeping strictly to be avoided. Have fruits only in the noon time. Avoid fruits consumption in the night( occasionally can be taken before dinner). Stop intake of milk during bed time. Bathing should be before food intake only. Tea, milk intake should be twice a day preferably morning and evening. Coffee intake should be strictly avoided. Rx Massage regularly with Dhanwantara taila 10 mins before bath Dashamoola takutrayadi kashayam 10ml twice a day diluting with water b/f Neuron tab 1 twice a day a/f If symptoms persists after 2 weeks of medication, consult doctor.

Do take strengthening and stretching exercises from neuro physiotherapist do take balanced diet and hyderated avoid stress anxiety and anticipating the things do consult dermotologist for excessive hair growth best wishes.
