I eat rice and it growth side effect like cholesterol and fat so doctor please suggest me what kind of food can I eat for losing my fat and cholesterol.

Dear lybrate-user let me clear one doubt that as per ayurveda shali dhanya (rice in grain) is the best rather than other grain. Its never gain weight or cholesterol but term is its more than 2 years older and organic, non-polished. Because as per ayurveda any new grain is guru vipaki (means heavy to digest) and after long period rice get changes its property it becomes laugh vipaki (easy to digest) for your cholesterol trouble start regular early morning exercise & skip all junk foods.
