While it may be possible to pass hiv from your hand to your urethra, it would not be an easy or common way to get hiv. Hiv is in vaginal fluid (if your partner has hiv) but it dies quickly once it is out of the body and exposed to air. Overall, the chances of getting hiv this way would be low. But, if this is worrying you it might be a good idea to go for sti/hiv testing. Routine screening usually includes testing for gonorrhea, chlamydia, syphilis and hiv.
