For loosing weight skipping any meal or eating less is not the correct way as you will become malnourished/ deficient in certain nutrient leading to poor health. Instead little modification in your diet & lifestyle & regular exercise will help you lose the 10-11 kgs. Include 40-60 minutes of regular exercise like brisk walk in your regimen. Walk instead of hiring a transport & take stairs instead of lift. Avoid junk/ processed/ packaged/ canned/ sugary/ fried foods, cold drinks, alcohol, sweets, chocolates, ice creams. Have plenty of whole fruits & vegetables. Avoid refined grains like maida, white rice, bread, biscuits, noodles. Instead include whole grains like atta, bajra, ragi, dalia, suji, barley, oats, brown rice. Drink 2-3 litres water daily. Have enough proteins in your diet from natural foods.
