I am suneel, Age 29. I have a lean body, I tried to gain some weight with traditional food and some workouts, even though I haven't got any weight at all. Please suggest me some food or any kind of nutrients which I can gain some weight without any side effects.

Hello lybrate-user some body types do not gain or lose weight. It also depends on your genetic factors. Still we can try by adopting a balanced diet and adding some ghee butter nuts potatoes egg to your daily diet. Remember this that any unhealthy mode of weight gaining will cause bad affects for you in future.
