I am unable to control on my tummy, I sit around 8 to 9 hrs at my work, also please suggest any good exercise so that I can do to control on my tummy.

Hello. -you can do cardio for half an hour daily or start with surya namaskar, 7 rounds daily. -reduce your diet by 25%. -don't exceed two tea spoons of sugar a day. -do left and right side stretching for 10-15 minutes,
