I am 21 years old. I am regularly having food properly but still I am unable to put up my weight. I am soo lean. Can you please suggest how to get through out of this problem.

Change food habits. Add in your ears foods carbohydrates, proteins, vitamins, minerals, green vegetables, dry fruits, fruits, milk and milk products. Take liv52 syrup 1spoon 30 minutes before lunch and dinner.
