Hello in order to gain weight you need to do some exercise like walking or cycling or any sport you love for 20-30 min for 5 days a week along with healthy food options. Take small and regular meals like 3 main meals and 2 side meals. Take banana or mango shake before doing exercise. Peanut butter sandwich is a healthy choice for breakfast. Lunch can be a rice preparation say a bean burrito. You can snack on nuts, cheese, avocados. Include whole pulses and whole milk. Drink plenty of water, avoid carbonated beverages. Thank you.
