I am 27 year old male. I am facing mild to severe stomach pains coupled with loose motions from 3 days. The pain seems to come in waves. Also, I am facing loss of appetite, had a small fever running day before yesterday. I took some medication including pan-d and cyclopam but they do not seem to help.
