Hello, to reduce fat quickly, some people are lucky to loose fast and some like me are not so lucky because of the body type. -start doing cardio/cycling or running for 30 minutes every evening. -do 7 rounds of surya namaskar or other stretching and jumping exercises for 30 minutes in the morning. -drink warm water with lemon 4-5 times a day. -measure your body parts and your weight in day 1 and compare weekly. -maintain a healthy diet (decide according to your body needs and make a sincere diet chart for yourself that includes light food, more frequently and addition of proteins in diet).
