Dear Sir. I'll do gym workouts a daily but only on Sundays I'll take wine (alcohol) 400 ml. In afternoon. Again on evening I have gym workouts so how much gap (time) must be maintain for 2 things.

Hye. Thank you for your query. Alcohol will breakdown after about 2 to 3 hours depending on the content. But alcohol should be avoided before or after workout. Also the food you eat is important. A heavy oily meal or fried foods will further reduce the metabolism time. It's better you avoid alcohol before workouts.
